Sales & Guest Experience Manager

Aroha Palms is a boutique luxury villa estates in Mandrem, and Pilerene in North Goa.
- Mandrem: Three standalone 10-metre private pool villas and four apartment suites on a streamside plot with mountain and forest views, 3-5 minutes drive from Mandrem Beach. 18 rooms, hosting anything from a single couple to a full-estate buyout for 36 guests.
- Pilerene: Two stunning 10-metre private pool villas set in the heart of Goa’s picturesque countryside quaint village and close to all the main Northern Goa beaches. 11 rooms, hosting anything from a single couple to a full-estate buyout for 28 guests.

The role
You own every guest inquiry from the first message to confirmed booking. You report directly to the Director.
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Promptly follow up on, nurture, and close inbound leads generated via digital marketing campaigns, social media, direct calls, and messaging platforms.
- Understand prospective guests' group sizes, travel dates, and preferences to recommend optimal villa/apartment configurations — including our combination and full-estate buyout options for larger groups.
- Negotiate terms within management guidelines and/or the approved seasonal rate card, to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy.
- Follow up systematically until a guest books or clearly declines, and maintain a live record of every lead and its status.
PMS & Reservations Management
- Efficiently operate and maintain our Property Management System (PMS) to ensure accurate availability, pricing synchronization, and calendar updates.
- Manage reservations, booking confirmations, payment links and security deposits, and customer record management.
On-Site Guest Relations & Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for confirmed guests prior to arrival, during check-in, and throughout their stay.
- Deliver warm, personalized hospitality in fluent English and Hindi, addressing inquiries, special requests, and any guest feedback on-site with speed and professionalism.
- Arrange add-on services — private chef dinners, bonfire evenings, airport transfers, watersports.
- Coordinate closely with our villa manager and on-ground estate team to ensure flawless property readiness, guest comfort, and high review scores.
- Request reviews after checkout on Google and relevant OTA platforms.
What we're looking for
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English and Hindi communication skills; fluency in other languages is a strong advantage.
- Experience: 1–3 years in reservations, front office, guest relations or sales — luxury hospitality, boutique resorts or villa rentals. Goa experience preferred
- Location: Based in Goa or able to relocate. This role covers both our Mandrem and Pilerne estates, so you must be willing to travel between them. Own vehicle and valid licence required. Travel allowance provided for work related travel.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with hospitality PMS platforms, channel managers, and basic CRM tools.
- Sales Drive: Confident closer with a results-driven mindset, comfortable working with high-intent leads and clear revenue incentives.
- Customer Focus: Highly organized, hospitable, and composed under pressure when handling guest needs face-to-face.
Perks & Compensation
- Compensation: ₹35,000 per month plus 2% commission, uncapped, on all direct bookings you close. Calculated on net room revenue excluding GST and paid on completed stays.
- Accommodation: Available on the estate if required.
- Growth: Own the Sales & Guest Experience functions across both estates. Working directly with the Director, and grow as the Aroha Palms luxury estate portfolio grows.
