💄 GLOWMORA, a new multi-brand beauty destination, is opening soon in Barabanki — bringing leading makeup, skincare, beauty and personal care brands together under one roof.
We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail operations and build a strong customer-first team.

Key Responsibilities:
- 🏬 Manage complete day-to-day store operations
- 📈 Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets
- 👥 Lead, train and motivate the sales team
- 💬 Ensure excellent customer service and product guidance
- 📦 Manage inventory, stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- ✨ Maintain store presentation and brand standards
- 🧾 Monitor daily sales, billing, cash and operational reports
- 🤝 Coordinate with management and brand teams
- ❤️ Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Who We’re Looking For:
- ✅ Prior experience in retail store management, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, fashion or lifestyle retail
- 🎯 Strong sales and team-management skills
- 🗣️ Good communication and customer-handling abilities
- ⚡ Hands-on, responsible and target-oriented approach
- 💄 Knowledge of cosmetics and beauty brands will be preferred
