Role Description The Retail Salesperson role at HANNAN JEWELRY is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the Retail Salesperson greets customers, understands their needs, and provides informed recommendations on jewelry pieces and services. Daily responsibilities include presenting products, explaining features and care instructions, handling customer inquiries, and processing sales transactions accurately. The Retail Salesperson maintains store displays, ensures product security, and keeps the sales area clean and organized. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, following up on inquiries, and collaborating with colleagues to meet sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets ethically and consistently.
- Solid Product Knowledge related to jewelry, materials, and craftsmanship, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with a diverse range of customers.
- Attention to detail, reliability in handling cash and invoices, and basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in retail, jewelry, or luxury goods is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or retail management is an advantage.
