Job Title - Retail Sales Executive - Preferred Furniture Retail Exp.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the retail outlet.
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets.
- Understand customer preferences and requirements to effectively guide the sales process.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain effective coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute towards achieving store-level targets.

- Good understanding of customer handling and retail sales processes.

- Should have good knowledge of furniture products and customer buying behavior.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
