We’re Hiring | Store Manager
Kalparaag is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee retail operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Location: Delhi & Bhopal
Delhi: Female candidates only
Bhopal: Male & Female candidates
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2–5 years
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily store operations and the store team.
* Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
* Deliver a premium customer experience.
* Monitor sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and store performance.
* Oversee stock management, replenishment and visual presentation.
* Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
* Maintain store standards, discipline and grooming.
* Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth store functioning.
Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in retail/store management.
* Fashion, designer, luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
* Strong sales, communication and team management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
* Ability to independently manage store operations.
