We’re partnering with a leading private sector bank to identify strong Retail Banking Leaders for key branch leadership positions across Mumbai and the Mumbai suburbs.

1. Retail Branch Banking Manager
Own the branch. Strengthen the engine.
You’ll take ownership of:
- Branch administration and day-to-day operations
- Compliance, controls and service excellence
- Customer experience and operational efficiency
- Building a strong, disciplined branch culture
Ideal for: Experienced branch leaders who excel at managing people, processes and customer experience.
2. Branch Relationship Head
Lead growth. Build relationships. Drive the franchise.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Growing the branch’s Assets & Liabilities portfolio
- Driving CASA, wealth and relationship-led growth
- Leading and developing Relationship Managers
- Building a high-performance, client-centric team
Ideal for: Ambitious retail banking leaders with a strong track record in business growth and team leadership.
🔎 We’d Like to Hear From You If…
- You have 6–12 years of core retail banking experience
- You currently manage a branch or a significant retail banking portfolio/team
- You have strong knowledge of the Mumbai market
- You are a people leader who builds high-performing teams
- You have relevant AMFI/NISM or equivalent certifications for wealth/investment products
- You’re ready to take on a larger mandate and accelerate your career
