WE ARE HIRING | RESTAURANT MANAGER – PUNE
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a premium Italian dining restaurant in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and manage the front-of-house team.
- Maintain service standards, quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor revenue, costs, inventory, and staff productivity.
- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in premium or casual fine dining.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest-handling skills.
- Sound understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and team management.
