Company Description Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Resolution Advisor role based in Salem. The Resolution Advisor will support the resolution of retail and wholesale asset portfolios by engaging with customers, understanding their situations, and guiding them through appropriate repayment or settlement options. Daily responsibilities include managing customer interactions via telephone and in person, explaining resolution schemes, documenting discussions, and ensuring that customer issues are addressed promptly and professionally. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to track case progress, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to customer satisfaction and portfolio recovery goals. The Resolution Advisor is expected to uphold regulatory and company guidelines while maintaining a customer-focused approach to resolving financial stress.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused service and customer satisfaction skills to manage sensitive financial conversations and build trust.
- Professional telephone manner and customer support capabilities to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Customer service experience, preferably in banking, financial services, collections, or resolution advisory roles.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts and resolution options clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in Salem, manage multiple cases, and maintain accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Basic understanding of financial products, lending, or asset reconstruction; familiarity with NPAs or recovery processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in common office software and CRM tools; comfort working with data and case tracking systems.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; a degree in finance, commerce, or business is preferred.
