Role Description The Car Loan Executive role at SBI Securities is a full-time, on-site position based in Salem. The Car Loan Executive is responsible for generating and managing car loan leads, explaining loan products and eligibility criteria, and guiding customers through the application and documentation process. The role includes conducting preliminary credit assessments, coordinating with internal teams for loan processing, and ensuring timely disbursal of loans. The Car Loan Executive also supports post-disbursal customer service, maintains accurate records, and works to achieve individual and branch-level sales targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate loan terms and processes clearly and professionally.
- Sales and business development abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive financial services environment.
- Basic knowledge of lending practices, credit evaluation, and documentation requirements for car loans or other retail loan products.
- Proficiency in using computers and digital tools for data entry, record management, and communication with customers and internal teams.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and adherence to compliance, regulatory standards, and company policies.
- Ability to work on-site in Salem, manage time effectively, and meet defined performance and customer service targets.
- Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services, particularly in loans or retail assets, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is an advantage, though relevant experience may be considered.
