About the Role:-
We are looking for an experienced Marine Ticketing Executive to manage end-to-end air ticketing requirements for marine crew and seafarers. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international ticketing, GDS systems, and handling urgent crew travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Handle end-to-end marine ticketing for domestic and international sectors.
* Manage flight bookings, cancellations, reissues, refunds, and revalidations.
* Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, clients, and marine agencies for ticketing requirements.
* Prepare and manage PNRs, fare calculations, itinerary changes, and ticket issuance.
* Handle urgent and last-minute travel arrangements for crew members.
* Ensure accuracy in passenger details, travel dates, routing, and ticketing.
* Monitor schedule changes, flight cancellations, and airline updates.
* Maintain proper records of bookings and ticketing transactions.
* Coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Requirements:-
* 5+ years of experience in Marine Ticketing / Crew Travel / International Ticketing.
* Hands-on experience with on GDS.
* Good knowledge of international airfares, routing, reissue, refund, and cancellation procedures.
* Experience handling marine crew / seafarer travel will be preferred.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent travel requirements.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
