Air Ticketing Executive
Key Position Details:- Role: Ticketing Executive (Air Ticketing)
- Company: Sharp Travels (India) Ltd.
- Location: Mumbai (Dockyard Road / Goregaon East)
- Experience Required: 5 – 8 Years
- Industry: Travel & Tourism / Corporate Travel Management (TMC)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end Domestic & International air ticket bookings independently.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, reissues, refunds, and itinerary modifications using Galileo CRS.
- Assist corporate clients with travel queries and provide accurate fare quotes.
- Coordinate directly with airlines and vendors for travel services.
- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure superior service quality.
Requirements & Eligibility:- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Air Ticketing.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Galileo CRS.
- Experience in a Corporate Travel Management Company (TMC) or Travel Agency.
- Diploma in Travel & Tourism / IATA Certification (Preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred!
