Role Description This full-time, on-site Research Assistant role is based in Bhopal. The Research Assistant will support ongoing projects by conducting literature reviews, gathering and organizing data, and assisting in experimental or exploratory research activities. Responsibilities include performing basic laboratory or technical tasks where applicable, contributing to data analysis and reporting, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role also involves collaborating with project leads and cross-functional teams, preparing summaries and presentations of findings, and helping ensure research processes follow established standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret findings and support evidence-based decisions.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills, including literature review, data collection, and documentation of methods and results.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear written reports, presentations, and collaboration with team members.
- Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills relevant to handling basic experiments, instruments, and safety procedures (if applicable to project work).
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related discipline are preferred.
- Ability to work systematically, pay attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks under guidance from senior staff.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools and basic statistical or data analysis software is an advantage.
- Interest in emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and cloud computing, and willingness to learn domain-specific methods.
