Role Description The Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Sikar. The role involves managing customer relationships, guiding prospective and existing customers through the housing loan process, and providing clear information on products, eligibility, documentation, and repayment terms. The Relationship Officer will source new business through field visits, local market networking, and channel partners, while ensuring high standards of customer service and adherence to company policies. Daily responsibilities include assessing customer needs, coordinating with credit and operations teams, supporting timely disbursements, and following up on repayments and portfolio quality. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, using company systems for lead and case management, and contributing to branch-level sales targets and growth.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage and nurture client relationships, with strong Business Relationship Management skills.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Finance and housing loan products, including credit assessment and documentation requirements.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to explain terms clearly and handle queries professionally.
- Sales skills to identify opportunities, generate leads, convert prospects, and meet assigned targets.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in commerce, finance, or business is an advantage.
- Experience in housing finance, NBFCs, banking, or related financial services is preferred.
- Comfort with field work, local market engagement, and using digital tools or CRM systems.
- Ability to work ethically, follow regulatory and company guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
