Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Guna. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers for housing and property-related loan products, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. Daily activities include understanding customer financing needs, explaining suitable loan products, assisting with application and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for processing and approvals. The role involves regular field visits, follow-ups for timely collection of documents and repayments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. The Relationship Manager will also monitor portfolio performance, provide feedback on market trends, and support business growth targets in the Guna region.

- Candidates should possess sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess basic financial and analytical skills to assess customer eligibility and understand loan products.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer cases and documentation efficiently.
- Relevant experience in housing finance, retail banking, or financial services is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with local markets in and around Guna and willingness to conduct regular field visits is advantageous.
- Ability to work ethically, comply with regulatory requirements, and maintain customer confidentiality is essential.
