Title: Relationship Manager (EdTech)

Shift: AUS 7 am to 4 pm
Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Relationship Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for client organizations and candidates, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and strong, long-term relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client hiring and marketing needs, coordinating with internal recruitment and marketing teams, and monitoring the progress of ongoing mandates and campaigns. The role involves organizing regular check-ins, addressing client and candidate concerns, preparing status reports, and contributing to service improvement based on feedback and performance data. The Relationship Manager will also support business development by identifying opportunities to expand services with existing accounts and uphold CareerBloc’s standards of professionalism and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong relationship management, client servicing, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Candidates should possess account management, customer success, and conflict resolution skills.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with marketing or brand communication, including understanding of lead generation and digital channels.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in spoken and written English; additional local language skills are beneficial.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Management, Marketing, Human Resources) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles within recruitment, staffing, or marketing services is an advantage.
