We are looking for a sales-focused Relationship Executive who can build strong customer relationships and convert leads into event registrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Follow up with leads and drive conversions.
- Understand customer needs, address concerns, and recommend suitable events.
- Maintain lead updates and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections and take ownership of assigned leads.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Patient, empathetic, and comfortable speaking with a 50+ customer base.
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Good follow-up discipline and ownership.
- Comfortable with CRM and calling/telephony platforms.
