About Build A Class Initiative
Build A Class Initiative (BACI) is a non-profit organization committed to transforming education through innovative, technology-enabled learning solutions. Through the Digital Pathshala Project, BACI partners with schools, communities, and stakeholders to establish smart classrooms, strengthen digital education, and improve learning outcomes for students.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit assigned schools regularly to monitor project implementation and ensure smooth execution.
- Interact with school principals, teachers, students, and community representatives to build strong working relationships.
- Conduct classroom observations and support schools in the effective use of digital learning solutions.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of digital classroom equipment and coordinate with the technical support team for timely resolution.
- Conduct field surveys, data collection, assessments, and verification activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for installation, maintenance, logistics, and service support.
- Engage with government officials, education department representatives, CSR partners, and other project stakeholders.
- Track project progress and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure project activities are executed as per defined timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation, attendance records, photographs, and implementation reports.
- Identify field challenges and proactively recommend solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Basic technical knowledge for troubleshooting digital devices and classroom equipment.
- Good analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Social Work, Management, Engineering, or related fields preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in field coordination, education projects, CSR initiatives, NGOs, or community development programs.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.
- A valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
