Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager (BTL & Local Branding)

Responsibilities
- Regional BTL Strategy & Campaign Execution - Planning and executing premium monthly BTL marketing calendars, including luxury roadshows, jewelry exhibitions, corporate tie-ups, and elite community activations across all four assigned regional showrooms.
- Luxury & Bridal Lead Generation
- Driving high-volume, high-quality customer lead generation campaigns within approved budgets, ensuring data verification and capturing targeted profiles matching the brand's premium demographic.
- Showroom Footfall & Revenue Conversion
- Converting on-ground marketing activations into direct retail success by driving qualified walk-ins to showrooms and achieving regional monthly sales and revenue conversion targets.
- HNI Clienteling & CRM Management
- Leading personalized relationship building through high-touch corporate outreach, HNI home visits, and ensuring disciplined, accurate, and timely logging of customer data into the CRM system.
- Showroom Marketing & Premium Outdoor Branding Supervision
- Auditing localized marketing collateral across all showrooms and maintaining strict oversight of regional outdoor branding like hoardings and kiosks to ensure absolute compliance with Meralda’s luxury visual standards.
- Team Leadership, Budgeting, & Market Intelligence
- Supervising and coaching showroom marketing teams, maintaining strict control over regional marketing spend within approved budgets, and providing weekly competitive intelligence reports to senior management.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a high-energy, result-driven marketing professional with 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, specifically managing BTL activations and outdoor branding for premium or luxury sectors (Jewelry, Watches, Fashion, or High-End Retail). You possess exceptional leadership skills to manage multi-store teams, a sharp analytical mind for tracking campaign ROI, and the sophistication required to engage directly with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). A strong network of regional vendors and fluency in the local market dynamics are essential for this role.
