Role Description The Regional Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence across an assigned region. The role includes overseeing business development , sales and distribution activities, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring high service standards for partners and clients. The Regional Manager will monitor regional performance, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to expand product reach and improve revenue. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, guiding field staff, tracking targets, developing business and resolving operational issues in alignment with company policies. This role also involves regular visits to customer sites, conducting product presentations, and supporting the rollout of new initiatives and solutions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated regional or territory management experience, including team leadership and performance tracking.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in plumbing, water treatment, HVAC, or related technical products.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer and partner relationships, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data, reporting, and using insights to drive decisions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products in clear, practical terms.
- Hands-on, on-site working style, with willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with plumbing systems, water management technologies, or construction industry practices is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or sales management tools.
