We’re Hiring | Regional Head – Collections (North)

We’re looking for a strong collections professional who understands the ground, knows the agency ecosystem and can drive numbers across multiple states.
This role is ideal for someone who has grown through field / agency collections and is now ready to take on a larger regional mandate.
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Strong experience in Business Loans (BL) / Personal Loans (PL)
🔹 Hands-on exposure to Flows Bucket – 1 to 180 DPD
🔹 Experience managing collection agencies + in-house teams
🔹 Should have handled a team of around 10–20 members
🔹 Exposure across at least 3 North India states
🔹 Strong network of collection agencies across the region
🔹 Stable career track record
🔹 NBFC experience preferred
💡 We’re also open to smart Area Heads / City Heads with 7–8+ years of solid collections experience who have strong ground-level execution and are ready to step up into a Regional Head role.
✈️ Travel: Around 7–8 days a month across North India
📌 Reporting to: Zonal Head / National Head – Collections
