Opportunity
Ideal Consultants invites experienced and enterprising professionals who have a genuine interest in the recruitment and executive search business and the potential to operate independently.
Established in 1993, Ideal Consultants brings 33 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment. Selected Independent Recruitment Associates can begin their professional journey with the support of an established recruitment organization rather than building the entire infrastructure from the ground up.
Role & Responsibilities
- Independently manage recruitment assignments from understanding the requirement through successful closure.
- Source, identify, screen and evaluate suitable candidates.
- Conduct preliminary candidate discussions and assessments.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and joining follow-ups.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and industry contacts.
- Understand different industries, functions and talent markets.
- Maintain accurate recruitment information and follow established systems and processes.
- Work with a high degree of ownership, confidentiality and professional accountability.
- Contribute towards developing recruitment opportunities and professional relationships.
Ideal Profile
We are interested in professionals with:
- Recruitment / Executive Search experience, or
- HR / Talent Acquisition exposure, or
- Business Development / Sales experience, or
- Strong industry experience and professional networks.
Professionals from Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Agriculture, FMCG, Aerospace & Defence, Textiles and other Non-IT sectors are particularly relevant.
Previous recruitment experience is advantageous; however, experienced industry professionals with strong networking ability, business understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset may also be considered.
