Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Junior HR Recruiter to join our team in Meerut. You will handle end-to-end sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination across various client mandates.
Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and social media channels.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and role fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
Maintain organized candidate database records and recruitment trackers.
Address candidate inquiries promptly throughout the selection process.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Meerut, UP.
Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates (0–2 years).
Equipment: Must possess a Personal Laptop in good working condition.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
Skills: Strong verbal/written communication, time management, and basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms) or MS Office
