We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and support our recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidate profiles through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Coordinate with the HR Manager throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support the recruitment process from sourcing to interview coordination.
Who Can Apply?
• Candidates with 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Professionals with hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
• Candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates who can efficiently manage multiple requirements and coordinate interviews.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related industries will be an added advantage.
