Hiring: Recruiters – Domestic Operations
We are hiring experienced Recruiters for our Domestic Operations team at our Kochi Office.
Position: Recruiter
Location: Kochi
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Age: 25–35 years
Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements and recruitment needs.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis based on client requirements and business objectives.
- Prepare recruitment advertisements and post vacancies on job portals, social media, newspapers, and other appropriate channels.
- Source and recruit candidates through databases, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews using effective recruitment and selection methods within defined timelines.
- Assess candidates' knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience, and overall suitability.
- Monitor and implement HR recruitment best practices.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple assignments.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer proficiency and knowledge of recruitment portals.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
