About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. This role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting recruitment activities across client assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess suitability, interest, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Support the recruitment team with job postings, candidate follow-ups, and recruitment administration.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Preferred Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in recruitment, talent sourcing, or human resources.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is an advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
