Position: Pharma Recruiter / HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
- Understand pharma industry requirements and hiring needs from clients.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on experience, qualification, location, designation, segment, and salary expectations.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment status regularly.
- Negotiate salary/CTC and support candidates during the offer and joining process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical sales industry is preferred.
- Ability to identify and screen suitable pharma sales profiles.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp, email, and job portals.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Candidate Profile
- Any graduate/postgraduate can apply.
- 1+ year recruitment experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered.
- Candidates with pharma recruitment or pharma sales knowledge will have an added advantage.
