Role Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in US Mortgage hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for mortgage operations roles. The ideal candidate has sourced and closed positions across functions such as Mortgage Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Post-Closing, Quality Control, Loan Origination, and Title, and is comfortable managing multiple open positions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and joining management
- Hire for US Mortgage functions including Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Post-Closing, QC, Loan Origination, and Title operations
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster/Foundit, employee referrals, internal databases, and other relevant channels
- Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets without compromising on candidate quality
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and align on hiring priorities
- Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate hiring trackers and share regular recruitment status reports with stakeholders
Mandatory Experience
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience specifically in US Mortgage hiring
- Demonstrated experience hiring for at least one or more US Mortgage functions (Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Post-Closing, QC, Loan Origination, or Title)
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster/Foundit, and referral networks
- Ability to screen and assess candidates for US Mortgage-specific roles
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills for interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in maintaining recruitment trackers and reports (Excel/ATS)
Preferred Experience / Knowledge
- Familiarity with US Mortgage industry terminology and process flow
- Prior experience recruiting for a BPO/KPO serving US Mortgage clients
- Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Work Requirements
- This is a 5-day Work from Office role based in Bengaluru
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST
- Employees are responsible for arranging their own commute/transportation
