Inttrvu.ai is looking for an HR Recruitment Intern to join our HR team!
📍 Location: Bavdhan, Pune
💼 Type: Paid Internship | 6 Months
🏢 Work Mode: Mon–Fri WFO | Sat WFH
⏰ Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
🎓 Qualification: MBA – HR
💼 Experience: 0–1 Year / Recruitment Experience Preferred
🚀 PPO: Based on Performance
Key Responsibilities:
• LinkedIn & Naukri sourcing
• Job posting & resume screening
• Candidate calling & initial HR screening
• Interview scheduling & follow-ups
• Offer, joining & onboarding coordination
• ATS/CRM & recruitment tracker management
Skills: Good communication, confident calling, proactive approach, strong follow-up, target-oriented & willingness to learn.
