Position: Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our hotel team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and greet guests warmly
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage room bookings and reservations
• Answer guest queries and provide information about hotel services
• Handle telephone calls, emails, and guest requests
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing details
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments
• Ensure excellent guest service and a positive guest experience
🔹 Requirements
• Previous experience in hotel reception/front office is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance/ Female candidates Preferred
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Customer-service oriented and responsible
