AssignmentWe are seeking a freelance/corporate trainer for a short-term engagement (3–7 days, flexible based on the training plan) to enhance the capabilities of our real estate sales executives.
The objective is to improve customer interactions, increase site visit conversions, strengthen negotiation skills, and ultimately drive higher bookings.

Preferred Experience- 5+ years of experience in sales training
- Prior experience training real estate sales teams
- Proven track record of improving sales performance and conversions
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Ability to customize training for our projects and market
