🚀Hiring: Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate
📍 Adibatla, Hyderabad | 🏢 E-Infra | 🕒 4+ Years Experience
E-Infra is looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive with strong real estate experience to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional client engagement.
This role is ideal for professionals who understand the real estate lifecycle, client psychology, and closing strategies.
🎯 Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth across E-Infra’s real estate projects.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Handle lead conversion to closure for residential/commercial projects
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions
• Coordinate with CRM, legal, and accounts teams for smooth transaction closure
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting (MIS)
• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor analysis
✅ Core Requirements
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory)
• Proven track record of successful deal closures
• Strong knowledge of real estate processes and documentation
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-value clients and pressure situations
• Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
