Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Handle property sales and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct site visits and provide property details to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Real estate sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Goa real estate market will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
