🚨 HIRING – RAILWAY TENDER & LIAISON EXECUTIVE / MANAGER 🚨

🔹 Job Profile
We are looking for an experienced Railway Tender & Liaison Executive / Manager who can independently manage the complete Railway business cycle, including tender searching, bidding, inspection, supply, billing, liaison and payment follow-up.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Tendering & Bidding
• Daily search and analysis of Railway tenders through IREPS, GeM and Railway portals.
• Preparation and submission of technical and commercial bids.
• Handling EMD, Security Deposit, Performance Guarantee and tender documentation.
• Preparation of eligibility documents, OEM authorization, turnover and past performance documents.
• Online tender submission through IREPS.
RITES / Railway Inspection
• Handling RITES inspection calls and call letters.
• Coordination with RITES, RDSO and other inspection agencies.
• Arranging material inspection as per Railway specifications, drawings and QAP.
• Ensuring Inspection Certificate, stamping and dispatch clearance.
Railway Supply & Billing
• Preparation and submission of Railway bills through IREPS / e-Bill / CRIS systems.
• Preparation of supply challans, warranty certificates, inspection documents and consignee-wise documentation.
• Follow-up with Stores / Depot / Consignee for Receipt Note / CRAC / R-Note.
• Coordination with Railway Accounts for bill passing, payment follow-up and deduction issues.
Railway Liaison & Coordination
• Liaison with Railway Zonal Offices, Divisional Stores, Workshops and Purchase Departments.
• Handling Railway correspondence, clarifications and audit-related queries.
• Maintaining proper records of tenders, Purchase Orders, inspections, supplies and payments.
🔹 Candidate Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline; B.Tech / B.Com preferred.
• 3–8 years of practical experience with a Railway vendor / supplier is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of IREPS tendering and e-billing.
• Practical knowledge of RITES inspection procedures and Inspection Certificates.
• Knowledge of Railway supply procedures, IRS conditions and consignee inspection.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Willingness to travel for Railway inspections and official meetings.
🔹 Preferred Candidates
Candidates from Delhi / NCR with experience in Railway-related products such as Railway Furnishing, Safety Items, Track Items or General Stores will be preferred.
Knowledge of GeM bidding will be an added advantage.

As per experience and interview – No bar for deserving candidates.
