Key Responsibilities:
Experiences in inspection of grinding parts.
Able to understand drawings.
Experiences in use of air gauge.
Making & maintaining inspection reports.
Knowledge of quality standards.
Knowledge of assembly & laser marking is added advantage.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree ,BE Mechanical ,Diploma.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Engineering and Product Quality to ensure consistent performance of tooling and accessories.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including inspection, testing, and measurement techniques for precision manufacturing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance, focusing on process validation, documentation, and adherence to standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management, including the ability to support or manage quality systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in precision machining, CNC tooling, or metalworking manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with ISO or similar quality standards, statistical process control, and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Rajkot.
