Role Description The Quality Assurance Intern role at RK Group is a full-time, on-site position based at the Jodhpur processing unit. The intern will assist in monitoring product quality throughout the production cycle, including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and finished goods verification. Day-to-day tasks include supporting documentation of quality procedures, participating in internal audits, and helping ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. The intern will collaborate with production and quality teams to identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in a modern food processing environment and exposure to global quality standards in the spice industry.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to support testing, inspection, and verification activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to assist in implementing and maintaining quality systems and procedures.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to help ensure safe and compliant production processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to contribute to internal audits and compliance checks.
- Relevant academic background in food technology, chemistry, industrial engineering, quality management, or a related field (currently pursuing or recently completed).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and basic data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and follow established protocols.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in an on-site manufacturing environment in Jodhpur.
