Role Description The Software Quality Assurance Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem. The intern will assist in designing, executing, and maintaining test cases to validate the quality and reliability of QoroLabs’ AI-driven software solutions. Day-to-day activities include reviewing requirements and specifications, performing functional and regression testing, documenting defects, and collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues. The intern will help track and report quality metrics, participate in test plan reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools. This role offers hands-on experience in enterprise-grade software quality assurance within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Quality and Software Quality Assurance, with a basic understanding of testing principles and standards.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret test results, identify patterns in defects, and support data-driven quality decisions.
- Candidates should possess Quality Assurance skills, including attention to detail, documentation practices, and familiarity with QA workflows.
- Candidates should possess the ability to design and execute Test Cases, including clear test steps, expected outcomes, and proper defect reporting.
- Foundational knowledge of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies (manual testing; exposure to automation is a plus).
- Comfort working with issue-tracking tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Git, or similar systems).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Internship: 3 Months ( Stipend 7K). Post Internship , candidate will be converted into Full Time employee with competitive salary based on the performance.
