We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium, Java, and Mobile Automation. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in designing, developing, and executing automation frameworks to ensure the quality and scalability of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Selenium and Java.
- Implement and execute mobile automation testing strategies across Android and iOS platforms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, Engineering) to ensure seamless test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Continuously improve automation processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a culture of quality and efficiency.
Desired Qualifications
- 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in automation testing.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming.
- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and mobile automation tools (Appium or similar).
- Solid understanding of test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
