We are looking for a Publisher Alliance & Success professional to build and manage strong publisher partnerships, optimize campaign performance, and drive revenue growth across performance marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- 🤝 Onboard, manage, and grow publisher partnerships across multiple verticals.
- 📈 Drive publisher activation, engagement, and revenue growth.
- 🎯 Work closely with brands and internal teams to align campaigns, offers, and publisher requirements.
- 📊 Track, analyse, and optimize campaign performance across CPS, CPA, ROI, conversions, and traffic.
- 💬 Build strong relationships with publishers and ensure continuous engagement and support.
- 🔍 Identify new publishers, traffic sources, and monetization opportunities.
- ⚡ Manage campaign execution, delivery, tracking, and issue resolution.
- 📈 Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve publisher contribution and campaign ROI.
- 🤝 Coordinate with advertisers, publishers, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Requirements
- ✅ 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, publisher management, or partnerships.
- ✅ Hands-on experience managing publishers, affiliate campaigns, or performance-driven partnerships.
- ✅ Strong understanding of traffic, conversions, CPS, CPA, ROI, and monetization models.
- ✅ Good communication, negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
- ✅ Strong analytical and data-driven approach with the ability to understand campaign performance.
- ✅ Ability to identify growth opportunities and take ownership of revenue targets.
