We're a psychology and mindset education brand in Chandigarh. We study why people think, decide, and buy the way they do, and we're looking for someone who wants to learn that while earning well.
Every lead you convert puts money in your pocket. There's no ceiling. The better you understand people, the more you take home.
How you earn:
✅ Fixed salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 every month
✅ Incentive on every conversion: [₹___ per registration/sale]
✅ No cap: close more, earn more
✅ Paid monthly along with your salary
What you'll do:
- Call warm leads, people who have already shown interest (no cold calling)
- Follow up with prospects on WhatsApp
- Post daily on our social media pages
- Support the founder with scheduling and coordination
What you'll learn (that most jobs never teach):
🧠 The psychology behind why people say yes, hesitate, or walk away
🧠 How persuasion and influence work in real conversations
🧠 How social media content triggers emotion and action
🧠 Sales and communication skills, taught directly by the founder
Who we're looking for:
- Good communication in Hindi and English
- Confident on calls and curious about how people think
- Organised, reliable, and hungry to earn
- Psychology background is a plus, not a requirement
- Freshers welcome, full training provided
- Based in Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula
