Role Description The Executive Assistant at Gupio will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior leadership in an on-site role based in Mysuru. This full-time position involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing internal and external appointments. The role includes preparing and maintaining expense reports, compiling presentations and reports, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items and communications. The Executive Assistant will handle correspondence, draft emails and documents, maintain records, and support day-to-day office operations. This role also requires liaison with internal teams and external partners, supporting special projects, and helping leadership stay organized and informed.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and coordination of meetings and travel.
- Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks such as document preparation, record management, and office coordination.
- Ability to manage and prepare accurate Expense Reports and basic financial or administrative documentation.
- Excellent Communication skills for drafting professional correspondence, interacting with stakeholders, and supporting leadership.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations, shared calendars).
- Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
- Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role; experience in mobility, tech, or services sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
