Position : Proposal Engineer
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai – Work from Office
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Related Engineering
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Employment Type: Full-time
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and quotations based on customer enquiries.
- Manage tender submissions through GeM, PSU portals, customer portals, and email.
- Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, and quotation requirements.
- Maintain enquiry, quotation, and tender trackers.
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams for timely proposal submissions.
- Support improvements in proposal preparation and tendering processes.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on enquiries.
🔹 Candidate Requirements
✅ Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related engineering fields
✅ 1–5 years of engineering experience
✅ Prior Proposal/tendering Experience Is Preferred But Not Mandatory
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
✅ Good written English and communication skills
✅ Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
