Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Unit Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property listings and reservations on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other rental platforms.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, booking requests, and messages.
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs and provide necessary instructions and support.
- Schedule and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and property inspections.
- Ensure rental properties are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with required supplies.
- Handle guest complaints, issues, and special requests professionally.
- Monitor pricing, occupancy rates, and calendar availability to maximize revenue.
- Manage booking confirmations, payments, and security deposits.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, expenses, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff, maintenance teams, and other service providers.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor property performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain excellent guest experiences and ensure high service standards.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience managing listings on rental platforms is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance and cleaning standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with guests, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in short-term rental or hospitality management.
- Familiarity with property management tools and channel managers.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and pricing strategies.
