Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the property is clean, well-maintained, organized, and in proper working condition at all times.
- Ensuring all regular property operations are carried out correctly and consistently, without delays or negligence.
- Ensuring any customer complaint or maintenance issue is acknowledged and resolved within 24 hours wherever possible.
- Regularly inspecting the property and proactively identifying issues before they become major problems.
- Working on proper coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, and other support teams should be maintained to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The overall objective is to ensure that customers have a clean, safe, comfortable, and well-managed living experience at all times.
