Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Project Sales Executive to drive sales of insulation solutions across commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in project sales and be comfortable engaging with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, fabricators, and project owners from specification through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in upcoming and ongoing construction projects.
Visit project sites, industrial units, consultants, architects, contractors, and builders to promote Geelan Metal Mart’s insulation solutions.
Conduct technical product presentations and recommend suitable insulation systems based on project requirements.
Build relationships with key decision-makers to ensure product specification and approvals.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into orders.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, order processing, and timely deliveries.
Track project progress and identify repeat business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Sales.
Experience in insulation products, roofing, PEB, HVAC, metal building solutions, construction materials, or building products will be highly preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively across Kashmir.
