Satguru's is looking for a Project Planning Engineer with experience in high-end residential and luxury construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage construction contracts, work orders, claims, variations, EOTs, LDs, and contractor compliance.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, timelines, and recovery plans.
• Track project progress, delays, risks, resources, and key activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, PMC, procurement, legal, finance, and site teams.
• Prepare project MIS, progress reports, milestone trackers, delay reports and risk registers.
Requirements:
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-end residential projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project and MS Excel.
• Strong planning, coordination, analytical and reporting skills.
