We are the Center for Social Responsibility and Leadership (CSRL), an NGO committed to fostering social equality. Since 2010, CSRL has provided free coaching to underprivileged students from economically challenged backgrounds through our Super 30 program. With the support of PSUs like GAIL, Oil India, IGL, and Petronet LNG, we have enabled nearly 1,000 talented students each year to gain admission to premier institutions such as IITs, AIIMs, NITs, IIST, and IIITs. CSRL Super 30 operates centers across India, including in Noida, Kanpur, Srinagar-Uttarakhand, Srinagar-J&K, Guwahati, and more.
Role Description
Project Officer – CSRL CPCL Super 30

CSRL is looking for a committed and responsible professional to support the implementation of its residential coaching and mentoring programme for students preparing for competitive examinations such as NEET/JEE.
Position Details
Position: Project Officer ( Residential )
Project: CSRL–CPCL Super 30
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Setting: Residential project centre
Location: Chennai, Tamilnadu
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Accommodation and meals: Provided
Reporting to: Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the residential project centre.
- Coordinate with government schools, private schools, model schools, and other educational institutions for student outreach and selection.
- Visit schools and institutions to conduct awareness seminars, orientation sessions, counselling programmes, and project presentations.
- Communicate with school principals, headmasters, teachers, education officers, students, and parents regarding eligibility and application procedures.
- Mobilize eligible and deserving students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds to participate in the selection process.
- Coordinate the registration process, document verification, written examinations, interviews, and final enrolment of selected students.
- Prepare school visit plans, maintain student databases, and track applications and selection progress.
- Obtain necessary permissions from school authorities and ensure the smooth conduct of seminars, examinations, and related activities.
- Maintain transparent and accurate records of student selection activities and submit timely reports to the Project Manager and CSRL headquarters.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Relevant experience in project coordination, education programmes, residential student management, NGO operations, or community development will be preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with students and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a residential setup and travel as required.
- Candidates fluent in Tamil and English may be preferred for Tamil Nadu-based roles.
