Role Overview
Lead end-to-end execution of high-end residential interior projects, ensuring seamless delivery aligned with design intent, timelines, and quality benchmarks. Drive customer delight through clear communication, transparency, and proactive management.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Manage multiple residential projects upto final handover
- Develop detailed project timelines, track progress, and ensure on-time completion
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and site staff for smooth execution
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project execution lifecycle
- Set clear expectations and maintain consistent, transparent communication
- Provide timely updates on progress, challenges, and resolutions
- Anticipate concerns and address them proactively to ensure a positive client experience
Quality & Finishing
- Ensure all work meets defined design standards and quality benchmarks
- Conduct regular site reviews to maintain consistency in finishes and detailing
- Drive corrective actions where required to uphold final output standards
Coordination & Problem Solving
- Identify concerns, snags early and implement practical solutions on-site
- Ensure material availability and vendor performance align with project timelines
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in residential interior project management
- Strong understanding of site execution, materials, and finishes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with a commitment to design integrity
