About the role
We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Bangalore.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the successful delivery of client projects from kick-off through completion. You’ll work closely with our consultants, facilitators, content creators, designers, product team, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the high standards our clients expect.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to learning programmes and help improve internal processes as we continue to scale.
What you'll do
Project delivery
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and risk registers.
- Coordinate project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across internal teams.
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and proactively address delays or roadblocks.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Client communication
- Serve as a key point of contact for project coordination.
- Schedule and facilitate client meetings.
- Capture meeting notes, action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain clear, professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong working relationships with clients through responsiveness and reliability.
Coordination with cross-functional teams
- Work closely with consultants, facilitators, instructional designers, content writers, designers, and product teams.
- Coordinate facilitator schedules, content reviews, and project handovers.
- Ensure everyone has the information they need to deliver on time.
Support learning and content projects
- Coordinate the development of learning programmes and digital learning modules.
- Review deliverables for completeness, consistency, and quality.
- Assist with research and project documentation where required.
- Help prepare presentations, project reports, and client-facing materials.
Process improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Contribute to developing scalable project management practices as the company grows.
You have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, programme coordination, client services, consulting, operations, or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across different teams.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and ownership.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A genuine interest in learning, workplace culture, and organisational development.
Nice to have
- E-learning, SaaS, HR Tech, or similar experience.
- Experience coordinating client-facing projects and project management tools
- Exposure to instructional design or learning and development projects.
