We're looking for a Project Manager (2–8 years of experience) with hands-on experience in residential modular interior fit-out execution. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy managing projects from site handover to final client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute residential modular interior projects from start to completion.
- Review work orders, drawings, and installation schedules.
- Coordinate site measurements, installation teams, subcontractors, and material dispatch.
- Monitor site progress, quality, timelines, and client communication.
- Ensure smooth project handover, payment collection, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience in residential modular interior fit-out/project execution.
- Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customized home interiors is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, client handling, communication, and site coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting quality and delivery timelines.
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Only candidates with hands-on residential modular interior execution experience will be considered.
