Location: Mumbai (Navi Mumbai)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Salary: 30% Hike
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage real estate projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular project updates and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant technical qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related disciplines.
- Strong project planning, execution, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
